Synopsis:

When Garryn, heir to the throne of Brysdyn returns home after fighting a war on the distant world of Jov, he finds himself plagued with nightmares of blood and violence that has little to do with the conflict and a mysterious world with a yellow sun.

Driven to consult a Mentalist to determine the cause of his nightly terrors, Garryn discovers he is one of many who wake up screaming in the night. As the two men embark upon the quest to understand the cause of these nightmares, the truth it leads them to reveals a monstrous secret that would only change both their lives but shake the Empire to its foundations and turn a generation against each other.
